The hotel location is excellent. Many attractions are within walking distance. The staff were very attentive and amazing EVERYWHERE. The room size was very good.

The air conditioning in my room WAS not working well. The bathroom design was like one of an aircraft. Noiseblocking was a nonsense. I could hear neighbors.

fantastic spot rooftop garden manageable lobby great vibe

the hotel is in a fantastic spot. it's near many interesting places and the neighborhood has a great vibe. i found the rooftop garden super clean, just like the laundry room. large groups sometimes made the lobby crowded, but it was manageable.

the carpet in my room seemed a bit unclean. i noticed some slight dust. it was a very minor issue. though.

The hotel is very close to a subway station. insadong is within walking distance. That was a major plus. there are also convenient stores nearby, in case you need anything. a 10-minute walk gets you to the airport bus stop.

The staff was always present and greeted guests warmly. they cleaned the room excellently whenever i requested it. i could also borrow an adapter. the hotel even has a laundry room. That's very convenient.

rooms had good space, which matched my expectations. my bed was really comfortable with good quality bedding. the rooms were quiet. i could use the free gym. it's a real plus.

there are many great eating opportunities around the hotel, so convenient. i appreciated the water server. right next door is a bakery, paris baguette, and there is also a coffee shop across the street. i enjoyed that.
